Jen's philosophy is that therapeutic touch and bodywork are a wonderful and essential addition to anyone's journey toward health, balance and well-being. She takes great pride in her work, and has a sensitive, intuitive touch. Her techniques include a mix of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point work. Jen adds in a little energy work and a lot of love to every massage!

Nancy Silver, CMT
I came to massage therapy through my love of yoga. I began practicing yoga in 2004 as a means to heal stress-related neck and upper back pain, and I am now pain-free. I became a yoga teacher in 2009, and through my teaching, I found that I was drawn to the therapeutic aspect of yoga more so than the "workout" aspect.  From there, the shift for me to study massage and bodywork was quite natural, and I enrolled in a 620-hour program at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Morristown, NJ in 2010, focusing primarily on Swedish and medical massage. I was certified by the State of New Jersey in 2011.  My massage style is tailored to each client’s needs. Among the modalities I use are Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, foot reflexology and Reiki energy healing.

Why I do what I do (and why I love it): I believe very strongly in helping others to achieve and maintain overall wellness through holistic means. As one of my teachers said, pain-free living is our birthright. There is no greater gift that I can give people than to help free them from pain! When we are pain-free in our physical bodies, the mind and spirit will most certainly follow this path.
